It can sleep up to four people by way of a king size bed and a queen size Murphy bed, has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right outside of the oceanside window! If the weather is stormy, stay inside on the recliner and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!

NO PETS !! This House has floor to ceiling windows providing spectacular views of white water of the Ocean and beach. It's nicely decorated inside. This beautiful ocean view home is located in a quiet area of Lincoln City called Road's end & is still close to town. Watch the deer visiting the back yard. There are 2 bedrooms on main floor and 1 in the loft with queen-size beds and a luxury queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room for 2. There is a large deck with a barbeque and a great view.

From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

At 825 square feet, Betta's Cove is the largest unit on the ground floor and offers lots of space for you and your family to enjoy the ocean view. You're just ten steps away from the sand or the indoor saltwater pool and sauna. The ocean and the D River are right outside, and it’s a short walk up the beach to the tide pools. Stair-free, city-beach access for beach-combing. As a company policy, we require your home address and a current phone number, when you book. We are pet-free There is a 2 night min. stay policy, a 3 night min. in summer & 4 nights 4th of July.

Nightly rate includes the 12% Lincoln County lodging tax. Airbnb collects the 2% state lodging tax
