La longère dispose d’une grande cuisine dînatoire, un grand salon, de 18 couchages repartis dans 6 chambres. d’une grande piscine et d’un magnifique jardin de plus de 2200 m2 arboré et ombragé. Amoureux de la nature, du calme, du sport et des vignes, ce lieu est fait pour vous.

Havre de paix au coeur du vignoble charentais

Au coeur de la grande champagne, dans une longère du 17ème siècle, ce logement de 130 m2 peut accueillir 6 personnes mais peut recevoir jusqu'à 12 personnes en journée (grande salle à manger). Ce logement bénéficie de toutes les commodités : wifi haut débit, home cinema (Netflix, Prime vidéo...), buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec 4 feux (induction, et vitro céramique), un four traditionnel et un four micro ondes. L'étage est climatisé.

Criteuil la Magdeleine: charmant logement

Petit logement en bordure du village de Criteuil, avec les vignes en perspective. Il est avec un étage, et un escalier de meunier pour accéder à la chambre (inadapté pour jeune enfant ou personne avec difficulté de mobilité). Lieu tranquille, à 10 kms de Barbezieux (tous commerces). La mer est à environ une heure. Restaurant de qualité dans le village Le logement indépendant est attenant à notre habitation. C'est un logement très simple mais bien équipé.

la ptite bebelle..... tout confort ou presque

Maison rénovée de 48 m2 totalement indépendante. Agréable à vivre, tout y est pour se sentir chez soi. ne vous embarrassez pas... linges de lit et serviettes tout est prevue. La mezzanine est mensardee. Elle comporte de belles poutres. Nous avons mis un detecteur mais il faudra faire attention a votre tete. Une cour privative pour nos belles journées ensoleillées Le stationnement de votre véhicule se fait dans une cour privative

In the heart of the Cognac vineyards and close to a village of character, we propose you to taste the rustic charm of an old restored mill on the banks of the small river Le Collinaud. It has an enclosed and shaded garden as well as a large field for outdoor games. The swimming pool located nearby is to be shared with the vacationers of the 4-person gîte and the guest rooms located on the Domaine des Collinauds.

Suivant ma disponibilité, je me ferais un plaisir de vous faire visiter notre distillerie.

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Bois Blanc is set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
