The form, colour and materiality nestles the dwelling sensitively into the deep green bush terrain and a generous courtyard defined by carefully crafted limestone walls which seamlessly connect inside and outside while also providing privacy and shelter. The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Good kitchenette facilities. Not full kitchen therefore no oven, there’s a micro & 5 litre air fryer. No wifi, our motto “talk to each other, pretend it’s 1995!” BBQ available on request. The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Dunmore Homestead Cottage

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

The Owl House Margaret River/dog friendly/Acreage

The property is set on a peaceful 3 acres with kangaroos and bird life in abundance. Centrally located off Caves Road, only 5 minutes to Leeuwin Estate, Xanadu, Voyager Estate, Prevelly and the Margaret River Town Centre. The home is comfortable and well equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a living area of 110 m2 and a huge 80 m2 covered deck with a fire pit. Plenty for kids with board games, Netflix and WIFI. Dog friendly. Two pet sheep. Possible 7th guest.

A unique 1 bedroom studio located on our Calgardup Vineyard provides a respite from daily life and allows you to reconnect with nature. Step out the studio door and be immersed in the nature of wine. Situated adjacent to the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park, this studio provides the perfect base for exploration of the Boranup forest and southern Margaret River caves and wineries with access to Redgate Beach and the Cape to Cape track from the property.
