Unsere 80 qm Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Nachbarschaft, direkt unterhalb König Ludwigs II Märchenschloss Neuschwanstein und mit Blick auf das Schloss Hohenschwangau. In 15 Minuten seid ihr zu Fuß am Alpsee und am Aufstieg zu den Schlössern. Bei uns starten viele schöne Wanderungen/ Radtouren. Schwangau ist 2,6 km, Füssen 4,2 km entfernt.

Architektenhaus: klimafreundlich mit Zugspitzblick

Unser Ferienhaus ist ein großzügiges, lichtdurchflutetes, freistehendes Architektenhaus mit einer großen Dachterrasse u. einen puristischen Garten in Hanglage. Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Wir wohnen in der Nähe, deswegen ist jederzeit jemand für Sie da, wenn Sie Unterstützung brauchen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Diese liebevoll renovierte, 68m2 große Altbauwohnung bietet Platz für max. 4 Personen. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer kann zu einem bequemen Doppelbett umgebaut werden. Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkplätze und Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage um das Lechtal zu erkunden oder die Königsschlösser zu besichtigen. Sportler kommen im Sommer wie im Winter voll auf ihre Kosten. Es ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Sportklettern, Langlaufen, Skifahren und Skitouren.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

At the edge of the medieval old town, immediately at the historical city wall, our 4-room-apartment is located on the third floor of a luxurios old town art nouveau villa, which is under monumental protection. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.

Die Wohnung die ich an meine Feriengäste vermiete, befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschützten von Sprecher-Haus aus dem Jahre 1677. Ein Sitzplatz, im einsehbaren Innenhof direkt vor der Wohnung, in schöner Nachbarschaft von Stallgebäude und Patrizierhaus, ist Nutzniesser meiner Freude am gedeihen der blühenden Natur.
