Die Wohnung ist in Latschau gelegen, viele Attraktionen wie die Golmerbahn mit Rutschenpark, Alpin Coaster, Rodelbahn, Skigebiet Golm, Flying Fox, Hochseilgarten und Kletterfels sind in nur ca. fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür, mit einer gültigen Ski- oder Fußgängerkarte im Winter kann das komplette Verkehrsnetz zum Zweck des Wintersports/-wanderns gratis genutzt werden. Somit können alle Ortschaften und Skigebiete im Montafon erreicht werden.

Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen!
