This studio-esq loft has 1 queen bed, a large sofa, (+ extra air mattress), a 3/4 bathroom with a seated shower, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, TV, heating/cooling, and your very own patio. Coll Cottage - a charming rural private studio

A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

In a recently remodeled historic carriage house on the back of our property, the Treehouse studio apartment is conveniently located a few blocks from Colorado State University. We are walking distance to campus shops, downtown FC, bike paths, parks and open space. You’ll love the open layout, abundance of natural light and feeling of comfy seclusion in a quiet neighborhood. A friendly dog and a few silly chickens are occasionally free in the yard.
