Supersuositun Äijä-koiran ainutlaatuinen kelomökki Kilpisjärvellä! Ihanteellinen pariskunnille, mökistä näkymät Kilpisjärvelle. Kauppaan ja ravintolaan matkaa 1,5 km. Mökissä lattialämmitys. Keittiössä kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, uuni/hella, liesituuletin ja jääkaappi. Valmiiksi pedatut vuoteet, pyyhkeet ja loppusiivous sisältyvät hintaan. Huom! Hiljaisuuden kylän mökit ovat käsin veistetty 30 vuotta sitten. Vuonna 2023 mökit ovat täysin uudistettu. Mökistä löytyy oma wc, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, mikro ja jääkaappi. Mökin terassilta löytyy puulla lämmitettävä kylpytynnyri. Kylpytynnyri on erikseen tilattavissa. Alueella on päärakennus josta löydät a-oikeuksilla varustetun ravintolan, jossa tarjoillaan aamiainen sekä valmistetaan tilauksesta päivällistä. Päärakennuksessa myös erilliset wc:t ja suihkut naisille ja miehille.

Fully equipped log cottage in Nuorgam, the northernmost village in Finland. Karetörmä has breathtaking views of River Teno. Enjoy the Northern lights show relaxing in the jacuzzi. You have privacy, but the grocery store is just 5 mins away. Enjoy the winter activities in the Arctic Tundra: cross country skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, husky- and reindeer sledding. Make trips to Norway and see the Arctic Ocean. In the summer season, you can go fishing, mountain biking, and hiking.

Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee.
