Op 6 minuten lopen is mooi en rustig, historisch Delfshaven. Leuk om te eten en drinken. Looproutes naar centrum kan ik aanbevelen en goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Mijn appartement is, gerenoveerd, vintage ingericht met uitzicht op het Schie-kanaal. Indeling: woonkamer, eetkamer, 2 slaapkamers, 1 slaapkamer met zeer goed twee persoons- (M-line matras) bed, 1 slaapkamer met stapelbed, volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine, badkamer/toilet televisie en een balkon.

This apartment is located at the Kralingse plan; at the heart of Rotterdam’s upscale neighborhoods but most importantly its close to metro’s and across the road of Rotterdam’s main park; the perfect spot for jogging, sailing or picnic. Aside from finding ample recreational facilities right out the front door, shops and supermarket are just a stone throw away. Whereas the apartment itself is spaces at 80m2.

Beautifully situated on the edge of the Green heart. You can also sit in the garden. Leiden, Gouda, The Hague and Rotterdam are also accessible by bicycle. Plenty of delivery options for meals. In short, a great holiday home in this corona period. You are more than welcome.

Prachtig appartement op de tweede verdieping (zolderverdieping) van een monumentaal grachtenpand in het centrum van Delft, rustig gelegen tegenover de rondvaart boten. Het centraal station is op vijf minuten loopafstand, winkels en heerlijke restaurants zijn op een steenworp afstand. De zolderverdieping is compleet en smaakvol luxueus ingericht, een keuken, douche, toilet. Het pittoreske grachtenpand heeft geen lift, helaas niet rolstoel toegankelijk.
