The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

A special retreat, located close to the city and at the same time in the middle of nature: This is the Junior Suite (no kitchen) Perfect for travelers who like walking, jogging, cycling, relaxing at Lake Constance (20 min.) or hiking or skiing in the Alps (approx. 1 hr.). Ravensburg (5 km) with 50,000 inhabitants invites you to go shopping and visit various sights. Very popular with children is the attraction park Ravensburger Spieleland (11 km). Breakfast can be booked for an extra charge.

Unsere komplett neue und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche , ein Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Schlafcouch und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und geräumigem Kleiderschrank. Von all diesen Zimmern genießt ihr einen schönen Blick über unseren wunderbaren Bodensee, der in jeder Wetterstimmung verzaubert. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer bodenebenen Dusche, Waschtisch und WC ausgestattet. Unsere überdachte Loggia lädt ein zum Verweilen und den Seeblick zu genießen.

Die modern eingerichtete 46 m² große helle Souterrainwohnung bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett (1,60x2,00m). Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche sind ein großer Raum. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Herd mit Backofen. Eine Kaffeemaschine, ein Wasserkocher und einToaster sind vorhanden. Eigener Parkplatz und überdachte Fahrradabstellplätze befinden sich direkt am Haus. Im Hof hinter dem Haus steht Ihnen eine Sitzecke zur Verfügung.

meine Ferienwohnung ist im Retrostil eingerichtet. Sie ist Halbparterre in einer alten Villa von 1910. Die Villa steht in einem parkähnlichen Garten (3000 qm) mit altem Baumbestand. Direkter Seezugang. In der Wohnung(64 qm) können 3 Personen übernachten .Dazu(!)kann ein Bauwagen als zusätzliches Zimmer (bei 4 Personen/3 Erwachsenen)gebucht werden . Der Bauwagen steht im Park. (Der Bauwagen kann nicht benutzt werden, wenn er nicht ausdrücklich zum Schlafen gebucht wird.

Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Gästewohnung Loy

Da wir es selbst lieben zu verreisen und viel unterwegs sind, haben wir uns entschlossen, einen Teil unseres kernsanierten Hauses zu vermieten. Die Wohnung verzaubert mit einem großen Balkon (23qm), von dem man nicht selten die Berge sieht. Der Weg an den schönen Bodensee lässt sich mit einem wunderbaren Spaziergang durch die Obstplantagen verbinden. In vier Minuten (zu Fuß) ist man im Edeka, ebenso ist der Lidl gleich um die Ecke.
