Set in the front garden of our 1892 Queen Anne is the Garden Studio, ready to welcome you to all that Eugene has to offer. The Garden Studio has been recently updated and features a stocked kitchenette, dining area, smart TV, large sectional, queen size bed, and fully remodeled bathroom. This comfortable space is quietly set in the South Hills while also being easily accessible to the University of Oregon, downtown, Interstate 5 and all of the outdoor pursuits that make Eugene so special.

Full private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.* Queen-size cabinet bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, bamboo cover, quality linens. *Though bathroom ceiling height is 7’6” at highest level, please note that angled ceilings in shower may provide less-than-ideal head space for guests on the tall side. Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.
