With private parking, we are 2 minutes from the M6 and within easy reach of the Lake District, Morecambe Bay, Lancaster and the Yorkshire Dales. With continental self-serve breakfast and teas/fresh coffee included, use of the shared family kitchen is also available. Choice of local places to eat, good transport and great walks on your doorstep.

'Waterside Studio'
'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

The flat has its own entrance door which encloses space for your use, no space is shared with anyone else. Near Bolton Wanderers stadium (for football and other events), and rail stations with access into Manchester. Manchester Airport is 30 to 40 minutes away by car.

It is perfect for couples who enjoy the great outdoors (you can walk onto the West Pennine Moors from the house) or for those just looking for a private retreat in which to unwind. Plenty of free unrestricted on street parking. Please note we cannot accept children or pets, the studio is compact and not suitable.

Annex in centre of Poulton Village.
This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

My refurbished family home now has a one bedroom apartment annex. We're on the main road into Formby but standing back from the road and close to many local amenities. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.
