The carriage house is on the property of one of Historic Downtown Lancaster's oldest homes and only steps away from museums, restaurants and all that downtown Lancaster has to offer. The carriage house was built around 1840 and is the original structure updated with modern luxury amenities. Upon entering the carriage house, you will be met with a fully equipped kitchen and a full private bath, then proceed up the stairs to the loft portion and enjoy your stay.

Welcome to your home away from home. This 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home is located in a quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood just 20 minutes from downtown Columbus. You’ll feel right at home with free wifi, memory foam mattresses and smart TVs in every bedroom. There is a large well-equipped kitchen but the house is also conveniently located to many different restaurants. There are two living areas and two dining areas with plenty of room to stretch out, rest, relax, or get work done.

Kitchen with new appliances, all bedrooms have new tvs new beds, new fridges. Large lighted free parking area out back 8+ vehicles. My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix.
