Located in a quiet cul de sac, just a short walking distance to the lake. A two story home with a large open area upstairs offering a sofa, one queen and one double bed. Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms, with queen beds and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A modern kitchen, dinning and lounge with ranch sliders onto the deck. Only a 2 minute stroll to the Lake or the beautiful spring fed Waitahanui River, and 10 minutes from the centre of Taupo township. 58 inch LED TV, Blu Ray DVD and movies as well as a heat pump air conditioner and free WiFi.
