Jakob's cottage is an apartment house located in the heart of Kozjansko, on a spot with an amazing view on vineyards. The cottage offers a kitchen, one bedroom with a family bed and extra bed for two persons, one bathroom and a wooden balcony with an overhang from where you can enjoy the beautiful nature and peace. The apartment offers a covered parking place, an outdoor fireplace and free Wi-Fi. It is located about 10km from Terme Olimia and is a great starting point for hikers and bicyclists.

The appartment is brand new, located in the first floor of the renovated house. You need to climb around 15 stairs to get to your own, private, entrance. Our granny, Ana, lives below in the ground floor. The place is bright and spacious, has 2 bedrooms, a big, airconditioned living room, connected to the kitchen and separated toilet from the main bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven and kitchenware. You can sit on a small balcony and enjoy the green view over the surroundings.

New bathroom& kitchen, living room/bedroom with two queen beds, free parking place, separate entrance, easy access, allow pets, fast internet. Terrace, gymnastic bar and trampoline for kids. Cosy suite located in a small village, surrounded by nature and only 2 km from the highway (exit Dramlje). The suite is a separate building suitable for 2 persons. It includes a double bed in a main room and as well shower and toilet room. There is an oven and dining table available for barbecue in front of the suite. A big pool with heated water can be used by guests in the summer season. Finnish sauna can be used with extra charge. Pets are welcome.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
