This small cozy cabin is on 2 acres on Sam Rayburn Lake with over 500ft of breathtaking waterfront. The cabin includes Wi-Fi, TV, a comfortable daybed with a pull-out trundle, kitchen with a full refrigerator, kuerig, icemaker, hot plate, microwave and airfryer/oven. There are also plates, utensils, cookware, elec. griddle and charcoal grill Two kayaks and life jackets are available.

Lake Sam Rayburn is low but we are on a deep water cove that empties into the main part of the lake. We have a private floating dock where you can fish and keep your boat in the water. You can fish, ski, swim, and tube in safety. Five bedrooms for a total of 12 beds: 4 queen, 1 king and 6 twins. Hike, bike and paddling trail maps available. You can even book guided tours if we’re home next door!
