When entertaining at home there's an 82" Smart TV in the living room and Smart TVs in both bedrooms. ( no cable but lg asst of channels)

There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

Many native and migratory birds can be seen throughout the year and with the San Bernard Wildlife Refuge hosting their annual Migration Celebration it's perfect for bird watchers of all ages.

Like its postal neighbor, Bacliff, the area contains a diversity of homes and inhabitants. It might not be unusual to hear the neighbor's rooster crow midday. It is not on the water, or the beach, but it's country style near the Galveston Bay.
