Enter through a private entrance to this basement studio apartment. Newly constructed in 2018, the space is well lit, insulated, and in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a full bathroom with laundry, and a kitchenette: 4.5 cu.ft. refrigerator, microwave, extra large toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, pots, pans, dishes, keurig coffee machine, and full kitchen sink. 1 queen bed accommodates up to two guests.
