Walking, hiking, biking, fishing & ORV riding is directly out the front door. 4x4 or AWD vehicles recommended in winter months.

Altitude Adjustment

A brand new build - finished in May 2019. Three bedrooms, two baths, in a residential neighborhood in the town of Silverton. Some of the best views of Kendall Mountain. The Altitude Adjustment has a huge yard, fire pit, RV parking and plug-in, granite kitchen counters, laminate floors, and TV's through the house and in each bedroom. Ride the train up to almost the front door. Plenty of pull around and thru parking for trucks and trailers.

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th

The space is approximately 500 square feet with full kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom with tub shower combo. It also has a wood stove that you can fall asleep to the fire.
