The house has stairs including a tight, narrow spiral staircase to the basement. It has an open-floor plan upstairs with a king bed & a full bathroom. There are bunks beds in the basement along with only one TV. This home is ideal for people looking to unplug & unwind. It also has a wrap around deck with a BBQ & parking for a truck & trailer onsite.

Rancho Cebolla Guest Cabin

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis nestled among giant spruce as the sound of rushing Cebolla Creek echoes through the trees. Trout abound in the creek which is only 200' from the cabin. Rancho Cebolla has about 980' of private water and is next to about a mile of public water at Mason Family SWA. Come enjoy the cool summer, watch the leaves change in fall, watch local wildlife, fish the Cebolla & local lakes, ride UTV trails on public land, or hunt big game in GMU 66 or 67.

Smaller room with private bathroom and entrance from the outside. There is a queen bottom/ long twin top bunk bed. You also have access to an attached laundry room. There is also a small covered porch. There’s a pavilion in the yard with bbq grills and nicely landscaped areas throughout. It’s across the street from the visitor center, post office , and movie theater. You can ride atvs to and from the property to access the alpine loop. Plenty of parking for trailers.

Gowdy Studio

A beautiful studio home located in the historic downtown area of Lake City. Close to town park, restaurants, pubs and shopping. OHV access to the Alpine Loop. Comfortable accommodations consisting of a Queen size bed, bathroom with luxurious shower a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are dog friendly with a one time $50.00 pet fee.
