Guests love our tropical garden, huge private pool, outdoor dining terrace & amazing views! We are dog friendly, kid friendly & sporting group friendly! We cater to family groups, couples, corporate guests and friends wishing to holiday together who want a relaxing, convenient and central location for their stay on the Gold Coast .

Amazing Waterfront Apartment

My apartment is the perfect place to either sit, relax and enjoy the surroundings or go and take in all the Gold Coast has to offer. All Themeparks ie. Movie World, SeaWorld etc are within 20mins drive, restaurants, and cafes all within walking distance. The famous Charis Seafood is straight across the road, where you will see pelican feeding at 1:30pm everyday. I love to travel and understand the need for a comfortable place to stay whilst you are travelling... that home away from home!

Grandpa's Place is a beautiful original Gold Coast home. It was built in the 1880's and has been relocated, renovated and modernised since then. It is clean, tidy, comfortably furnished and ready for your visit. It has indoor and outdoor living areas and under cover, off street parking. It is located in a lovely, quiet and leafy neighbourhood with easy access to the M1, public transport and many amenities within walking distance - including Chirn Park cafes and Gold Coast Aquatic Centre.
