Cholla Ranch Camp, where horses still roam free, is a small section of an 1100 acre working ranch dedicated to hosting guests. Located in the breathtaking Chihuahuan Desert but just minutes from the small West Texas town of Alpine. The RRR has great views of Twin Peak Mountains during the day and wonderful stargazing at night. The RRR is furnished with MCM pieces of walnut and rich textures. Our property is a 3-acre lot w/ desert flora/fauna, stars, & quietness, yet only 10 mi. from UA. Horses add to the ambiance with a taste of ranch life.

Climate controlled! What is a Yurt? Yurts originated in Mongolia. The Mongolian people were nomadic, and they took their homes (yurts) with them as they tended to, and traveled, with their livestock. Today yurts are built on a platform & consist of two thick layers of canvas with a layer of insulation in between, and most notably a domed skylight at their center. 5 mins to Alpine, 30 mins to Fort Davis, Marfa, and Marathon. Big Bend Park, Terlingua, & Lajitas are roughly 100 miles away.

Time Capsule in the Sonoran Desert

The Time Capsule is a unique experience in a space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design, we cannot accept any pets in the Time Capsule. However, service animals are welcome. Please note that check-in is in-person only and not later than 10:00 PM.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.
