Set within the bustling community of Mullion village, this delightful old cottage is featured on the Mullion Heritage Trail, its records dating back to 1783. With a covered parking space beside it and free additional parking available close by. It has a small, fully enclosed private rear courtyard. Deceptively large downstairs open plan living space, with a multi-fuel burner which is a great place to relax together. Towels and bedding provided. Within 1 mile away from South West coast footpath, easy reach of Poldhu, Polurian beaches & Mullion Harbour. 2 local dog friendly pubs within 200 metres. Other restaurants/hotels are close by & 2 local food stores within easy walking distance. There is a fish & shop in the village offering takeaway or eat in the restaurant, serving very high quality food. Mullion also boasts an 18 hole golf course & welcoming club that serves excellent food. You can even learn to surf at Poldu beach or contact Lizard Adventure for paddleboarding, kayaking or rock climbing & survival skills activities. There are horse riding stables in the village. Peace and Plenty Cottage, Gwynver, near Sennen.

A beautiful granite cottage, in a stunning cliff top position above Gwynver beach perfect for a couple, with sea views towards Sennen and the Isles of Scilly. A wood burner heats the cottage so it stays cosy in winter. Footpath to the beach from the cottage door and across the cliffs to the Coast Path. It is a compact but comfortable space and the bathroom has a shower. I rent it out Saturday to Saturday, I will make brownies for you and one of my chilli relishes will be with eggs if my🐓 oblige.

Little Bream has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable superking size bed, amazing shower. Distant sea view from the bedroom, a garden/BBQ area and is set in 2 acres of garden. An Enjoy England 4-star Gold Award, Grade II listed quaint Cornish cottage. Built from local granite, with beautiful views of the sea and the local mining heritage. Original features can still be found in the cottage such as a large inglenook fireplace in the sitting room. There are two cosy bedrooms, sleeping a total of 3 guests. The front bedroom has a King-size bed complete with a luxury Hypnos mattress. The smaller back bedroom has a single divan bed with a pocket sprung mattress.

There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
