NO FEES! Super clean & comfortable. Dog friendly. CENTRALLY LOCATED in CB's business district. 1/2 block to Lake Park. 2 short blocks to boardwalk & beach. Walk everywhere. Easy parking. Back of house has 2 suites occupied by owner and/or other guests. NO SPACES SHARED. I work hard to maintain a clean, peaceful place for respectful guests. Perfect for low-key beach stays with friends or family. If you're planning a party or bringing extra people, this is not the place. 6 humans, 2 dogs MAX

Salty Cabana-1 block to the beach!

This CLEAN and comfortable duplex has 1 bedroom & 1 bath with ample separate parking for 2 vehicles. This space is suited for 2 people, but it could accommodate a 3rd person or a child on the futon. Linens provided at no charge. There is a large backyard that is private for your use. The other side of the duplex has their own backyard divided by a black metal fence. We have an assortment of beach essentials that varies, and you are welcome to use the items. Hot outdoor shower in the front.

You can’t beat this location!! Just 2 blocks from the beach, tucked off the main road and walking distance to multiple restaurants. The boardwalk/ downtown CB are less than a 5-minute drive away. This private studio includes a full kitchen, queen bed, and a custom twin daybed, plus great outdoor space. Enjoy the front porch or unwind on the screened-in back porch with a fenced yard. We welcome up to 2 dogs, just include them in your booking and make sure they’re respectful of the space.

Hanby House is a 1950's beach cottage that has been updated with modern comforts such as new HVAC, full kitchen and commercial hot water heater but maintains much of the old school, quirky boho beach house charm. Conveniently located, it’s a short 5 minute walk to the beach on a quiet dead end street where you can listen to the waves and enjoy the ocean breeze. The house is pet friendly and there is a $75 pet fee. Let us know if you're bringing your dog.
