Stara kamena Kuća Filotea, obnovljena 2024. godine, nudi vam jedinstven odmor u miru i privatnosti. Cijeli objekt je samo vaš, dvorište je ograđeno kamenim zidom koji skriva poglede prolaznika, bez direktnih susjeda, vlasnik živi 200m dalje. Vanjski bazen sa sustavom elektrolize morske soli, 3 klimatizirane spavaće sobe, 3 kupaonice, unutarnja i vanjska kuhinja, internet, playstation4, 4 SmartTV, pikado, pješčanik za djecu, stolni nogomet, garantiraju vam prekrasan odmor. Dobro došli!

Holiday Home Jardin (private pool and jacuzzi)

Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (1.10-1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.

Sadrži dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, kupaonicu s tušem, dodatni toalet, kuhinju, blagovaonicu i dnevni boravak s kaučem na razvlačenje. Iz dnevnog boravka izlazi se na terasu s blagovaonskim stolom. Gostima su dostupni TV, klima, Wi-Fi i parkirno mjesto. Kuća je 1,5 km od plaže, a do centra se stiže laganom šetnjom za 15 minuta.
