It has a bedroom, bathroom, living room and small kitchen with a one-plate conduction stove, and other essentials. The Muizenberg surfing beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. Beautiful coastal and mountain walks are easily accessible, as are local shops, restaurants and cafes. The popular Bluebird neighbourhood market is a great place to sample locally made food, beers and wine on a Friday.

We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking on the premises. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road.

Blackwood Studio

A modern and beautifully decorated house, nestled in Hout Bay, with magnificent views of the mountain. This is a great place for singles or a couple. There is a queen bed that sleeps up to 2. Power outages are being experienced by SA but we have tried to minimalise the effect for our guests - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

The cottage has all you need, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, sitting area and a patio that opens up onto the garden and pool which you are welcome to use. This is a perfect space if you are on business or on holiday. We are close to shopping centre's, the vineyards and greenbelt. This cottage is not suitable for children or toddlers.
