Il y a un grand jardin, au bord d'un petit torrent de montagne et le tout est lové dans une forêt sur les deux pans d'une vallée isolée où le domaine constitue le dernier lieu habité. Idéal pour vos regroupements de famille, de copains de lycée, de votre club de bridge ou de yoga, etc.

Etno Smočje Kolašin, vila se nalazi na 900m nadmorske visine, u netaknutoj prirodi sa pogledom na Moračke planine. Vila je potpuno opremljena za ugodan boravak i odmor. U dvorištu vile, nalazi se bazen, ribnjak i dva vidikovca.U sklopu objekta gosti imaju privatni parking, okružen Pančićevim omorikama.U dvorištu takođe ima preko 30 vrsta egzotičnog bilja, kao i autohtono voće.Gosti su u prilici da u ljetnjoj sezoni, koriste voćnjak i baštu. ldealno mjesto za odmor,i sve ljubitelje prirode.

Charmant chalet au bord d'un bassin d'eau naturelle. Gîte tout confort au cœur des monts Komovi, idéal pour randonneurs et amoureux de la nature sauvage et calme. Isolement et dépaysement complets. Wifi, TV, BBQ. Sur demande: sauna, table d'hôtes, petit-déjeuner (€5/personne/jour); excursions en 4x4, Panier "bio" (€20). Dans le grand chalet du domaine, nous offrons aussi trois chambres d'hôtes en formule B&B et une formule "Bed-and-Trek" en dortoir pour groupes jusqu'à 10 personnes.
