Our apartment can serve as your comfortable base with a breathtaking seaview balcony while exploring the amazing village of Kokkari and its beautiful beaches! Apart from the balcony you may enjoy private access to a large terrace with a magnificent view at the village's landscape and clear sky.

Centraal gelegen in Kokkari op steenworp afstand van de gezellige terrassen, het strand en het pittoreske haventje. Het is een volledig gerenoveerd traditioneel Grieks huisje met een buitenterras aan de voordeur in een gezellig straatje. Op de benedenverdieping bevindt zich de separate toiletruimte met wasmachine, de slaapkamer en de ruime badkamer met inloopdouche. Op de bovenverdieping is de volledig ingerichte keuken, het lounge gedeelte met slaapbank en een dakterras.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables.

The newly build bungalow is located on top of the little hill Puntes and offers 180 degrees of oceanic view over the aegean sea, the turkish coast and the Boat Marina beneath. Just outside the bungalow is a beautiful terrace enabling you allocating your vacation outside. It offers shade for sitting outside and enjoying the terrific view.
