The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Parkside is a fully furnished house with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom, a full size bed in the larger bedroom and a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on the top in the other bedroom. It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It's on a cul-de-sac, next to a playground with a huge deck and lots of parking. R&B's Pad - Centrally Located 1 BR Apartment

Amazing location within a few minute walk of the brewery, cidery, and multiple restaurants. Hiking trails are within a mile, as well as the harbor, the spit, ferry terminal, museums, and more. This space is perfect for 2 visitors looking to be in a central location. Enjoy the downstairs apartment, accessed by a private entrance and parking spot. It is small and cozy with 1 queen size bed and a large couch. Guests can also book a car separately with their stay upon request (if available).

The 10 minute drive south from the airport is packed with ocean and mountain vistas, and our wooded lot is only steps from Russian Creek. The Cabana has its own parking area and entrance to the property, and shares our private, fenced, one-acre space with our family home and two big, furry, friendly dogs. With downtown Kodiak being just 15 minutes north, our cabana is a perfect base regardless of your adventure!

It has views of the ocean in the front and a small forest of spruce in the back. Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home.
