This house encompasses the second and third floors, with great ocean views. The first floor is a separate apartment. The property has a large back yard to relax or play in and a dedicated BBQ. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy.

This is a salt-air cabin-lover's delight, freshly built in 2019 on a forested slope with peek-a-boo views of the water. Note: It is entirely off the grid, with no plumbing. Rain-barrel showers and a cute one-hole privy are part of the fun. Otherwise, it's pretty cush, with luxurious sheets and linens on a high-quality queen bed with down pillows and mattress topper. Oceanfront GLAMPING. This truly unique waterside cabin is literally just feet from the ocean! If you want to be "on the water" then this is your spot...! You enter by walking down the expansive yard to the cabin (about 200 feet). The indoor bathroom, hot tub, and deck are at the main house where you park.
