It is within walking distance of Esker Monastery and woodlands and is a very peaceful space to come to. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the the living area. Children are welcome to use the trampoline and anything else in the garden.

The house over looks the River Dunkellin. It is in a peaceful and tranquil location with views out to The Roxborough Hills. It is very accessible to Connemara, The Burren, the Cliffs of Moher and the west within reach of Galway City in 20 mins. The house is in superb condition with recent refurbishment. Its a unique place with super views. It would suit big groups, couples, business travellers, families with older children, honeymooners.

Once a Land Commission home, it retains its original charm with stone sheds, gardens, and a timeless atmosphere. Fully off grid experience including solar powered hot water and a modern Scandinavian dry (compost) toilet. Upon arrival you are provided with a fully charged battery, powered by solar panels on the roof and a reservoir of treated rainwater harvested on the roof for washing.
