Μεσολαβεί μία κενή ημέρα μεταξύ κρατήσεων για μέγιστη υγιεινή, προσφέροντας δυνατότητα early check-in και late check-out για άνετη διαμονή.

This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

Διαμέρισμα 51 τμ.(υπνοδωμάτιο και καναπέ κρεβάτι), τεράστιο μπαλκόνι , απέραντη θέα στο λιμάνι του Πορτοχελίου. Στο κέντρο της διασκέδασης ( εστιατόρια, καφέ , μπαρ),κοντά σε αγορά, ταξί, σούπερ μάρκετ, ιπτάμενα δελφίνια. Το δημόσιο πάρκιγκ βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 50 μέτρων. Από το διαμέρισμα, υπάρχει η δυνατότητα περιπάτου κατά μήκος του λιμανιού, καθώς και περιπάτου γύρω από το χωριό, στο γραφικό λιμανάκι της Μπάλτιζας. Υπέροχο πρωινό με την ανατολή του ήλιου, ειδυλλιακό ηλιοβασίλεμα.

It offers a private swimming area while being one step away from all Hydra’s famous beaches! You can also find many local restaurants -even a supermarket- nearby and enjoy your meal right by the sea! With over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, we will make sure to offer you a vacation to remember!

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Stone build cottage in Love Bay Poros

Old stone build cottage in a plot of land full of pine trees next to the sea with direct access to a small semi private beach. Only a couple of minutes walk from the house there is the "Love Bay" one of the islands most beautiful and well organized beaches. Poros town is around 3km away(5 min by car or taxi), and within a distance of less than 800m from the house there are 4 taverns.

Beautiful summer house in a peninsula of Porto Heli Town next to Spetses Ιsland with amazing sea view balconies and relaxing atmosphere.Has its own private dock for sunbathing and swimming (that is shared with one more house under ours) and is 4 min distance by car from the main town.
