The house is the last on the street, not much traffic. It has a nice terrace in front and along the side of the house with an outside shower. There is complete kitchen-ware & towels and bed linens are included. There's AC in the living room and in 2 bedrooms. ***AC must be switched off whenever you leave the house otherwise you'll be charged extra afterwards. Scooters available for rent for an extra cost. This huge house has 2 swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, washer&dryer, gym, ping pong table, dart game and Nitento game is on request. Daily Maid Service: It’s included and the maid is available from 10 am. to 12 pm. only. ( Changing all linens is once a week) Electricity: 100 units a day is included in the rental, additional is 7 bahts per unit.
