Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. Firepit for relaxing & outdoor kitchen for ultimate BBQ experience. Pet friendly with fee.

Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

Rocking chairs face a tiny wood stove, stocked with wood from the property. The well-insulated cabin stays warm through the deepest of Michigan winters.
