Beach House #1

A quaint cottage near the beach, Beach House #1 gives you the best of both forest and beach-living. It is located just a short walk from the beach, perfect for spotting marine wildlife or catching a kayak tour. Picture windows in the sunroom capture the midnight summer sun and the dramatic forest views. The cottage features a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a private carpeted loft with a queen-sized mattress. A double futon in the living room brings the total sleeping areas to 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, and the house also features a full bath. Guests can enjoy use of the picnic area, with a barbecue grill and fire pit. A crib and baby gate are also available if required.

Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet in your beach side suite overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Pet friendly, max 2 dogs. $35 pet fee. Conveniently located above Central Charters and Tours, across the street from the Homer harbor. Sea Suite on the Homer Spit

Sea Suite has two bedrooms with a 180 degree view of Kachemak Bay on the Homer Spit. The suite is located on a boardwalk where the waves roll underneath you on the high tide. From the deck, you can watch seals & sea otters play and other critters swim by. The suite has a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, hotplate, coffee maker, and tea kettle. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. The Homer Shores Boardwalk is home to a candy shop, ice cream shop, restaurants, gift shops and more.

Renfro's Lakeside Retreat Cabins

Nestled in the heart of the Kenai Mountains, Renfro's Lakeside Retreat is located on emerald green Kenai Lake. Renfro's offers five unique cabins which are located on the lake. This Two Bedroom plus Loft (please read additional information for loft) is situated 1 block from the world famous Tony Knowles Coastal Trail that hugs the coastline of the Cook Inlet with beautiful views of the water, Anchorage skyline with moose and other Alaska animals that live in the area. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a few minutes away.

Historic Russian Cabin With Ocean Views

The hand hewn log cabin was built in the late 1800's by Russian settlers and is located in the historic native/Russian settlement of Ninilchik. (An idyllic village that sits on the Cook Inlet, through which the lovely winding Ninilchik River runs.) 180 mile drive from anchorage and only 35 miles from famous Homer, Alaska on the Kachemak bay. You will have total privacy but if you need anything im a 5 minute walk down the road and always reachable by phone.

Oceanfront Inn Duplex (Upstairs Suite)

A single private unit located upstairs in a two-story duplex. The suite includes two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a living/dining area with couch and table, and a full kitchen stocked with dishes and basic cookware. The bathroom includes a stand up shower, no bathtub. Each suite also features a private balcony with the best view in Seward!
