The airport (FRA) can be reached in 15 minutes. The fully tiled apartment with underfloor heating includes a large terrace and an underground car park. You can find additional parking spaces in the surrounding area. WLAN is available free of charge for the Internet access.

Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Frankfurt/M. 10 min. by car or 20 min. by subway. Oberursel is directly located at the Großer Feldberg with lots of excursion possibilities.

Unser Penthouse (ca. 150 qm²) hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Die Dachterrasse ist besonders im Sommer toll. Absolutes Wohlfühlambiente mitten in der Innenstadt. Gerne organisieren wir einen Weinworkshop. Von Mainz kann man wunderbare Ausflüge in die Weinregionen Rheinhessen, Nahe, Mittelrhein und Rheingau unternehmen. Die Mainzer Fastnacht ist ein Highlight. Vom Balkon kann man den Rosenmontagsumzug sehen. Leider ist im Moment in der Nachbarschaft eine Baustelle. Deshalb manchmal etwas lauter.
