A sun filled one-bedroom, bathroom , studio with king size bed attached to our new home with stunning views of the Remarkables. The suite includes a dinning table, sofa, and a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is NO oven or cooktop. The bathroom includes towels and a hairdryer. A 10-min drive from Frankton shops , New World supermarket and the airport, and a 5min walk to The Farmhouse café and shop. The suite has its own private entrance with a lock box.

The Loft on Flynn has a king bed, en suite, a kitchenette, a balcony, indoor/outdoor dining options and external gear shed. The Loft on Flynn is centrally located just outside the gates of the Millbrook Resort and within easy walking distance of the picturesque and historic Arrowtown. It’s the perfect base for enjoying the local restaurants, vineyards, shops, walks, tours, cycle trails and ski fields.

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

Newly renovated studio apartment in sunny Kelvin Heights, From the apartment it is a 20 min drive to Queenstown, 5 min drive to Frankton & airport, or a 3 min walk to a water taxi that takes you on a short scenic boat ride into downtown Queenstown. Stunning walking and biking tracks are one step away, and also the local Kelvin Heights golf course. Kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and 2 hobs - suitable for light meals. Cafe's, brewery, wine bars 2 minute walk. Please note it's a shared drive way, and the spa is on the drive way we absolutely respect every guests privacy. we will be sharing the driveway to enter the property, but two separate entrances. Please note two guests only as it is small and cosy.

A self contained studio with queen sized bed, living area, kitchen & ensuite. A new build, this is a warm and cosy space in a private garden setting with spectacular mountain views and easy access to walks and trails in the Lower Shotover area. We are located 5 minutes from bus stop and a leisurely 10 min stroll to shops (supermarket, restaurants, cafes, etc). Hosts live on site and are happy to share their local knowledge.
