This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Smješteno u odvojenoj parceli u Kaštel Sućurcu koja garantira mir i privatnost, a udaljena je samo 15 minuta od aerodroma i plaža Splita, Čiova i okolice, te 10 minuta od centra Splita.

You have private parking spot in front of the house, but you do not need car because apartman is near by coffe shop, restaurant, store, post office, bank, beach, hair salon, nail salon, baber shop...Split, Trogir, Aci Marina, Krka and other pleaces are close to Kaštel Sućurac. Apartman is adjusted for older people who are limited with moving.

Holiday house Silvana is located in Kastel Sucurac, overlooking Kastela bay. This cozy family managed house was built in 2022 and has a private heated pool. House has two bedrooms with double bed, each having own toilet; and possibility for one extra person to sleep on couch in living room. Bed linen, 3 size set of normal and beach towels are included in the price, as well as consumption costs. The outdoor pool is open from the beginning of May till early October.
