Access to downtown entertainment areas takes approximately 30 minutes by train from Ichinoe Station. ■ Access to Tokyo Disney Resort By car: Approx. 15 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland Direct shuttle bus: From the bus stop “Furukawa Shinsui Park,” located on the road directly in front of the villa, • Approx. 25 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland • Approx. 35 minutes to Tokyo DisneySea (depending on traffic conditions) ※The villa is a convenient base for visiting both Disneyland and DisneySea over two days. ■ Property Overview Maximum occupancy: 1–8 guests For more than 8 guests, an additional fee of ¥5,000 per person per night applies. The gazebo (sunshade) curtains will be installed from mid-July through August.
