We are renting an apartment in center of Novigrad. The city of Novigrad has a history that goes far back in time. The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. You can relax in peace on the private terrace or jump to the beach, which is a two-minute walk away. Near the apartment there are beaches, the central street which offers a lot of fun, in restaurants, bars and street entertainers.

Start your day with a swim, enjoy easy self-catering or stroll to beach bars or cafés, then relax on your private patio or in the peaceful garden with BBQ. Calm, private, and just waiting for you to unwind and explore at your own pace.

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Apartman u prizemlju privatne kuće s odvojenim ulazom i privatnim parkingom u zatvorenom dvorištu. Apartman se nalazi u mirnom kvartu u neposrednoj blizini centra grada. Plaža, trgovine, restorani, kafići, tržnica, ribarnica, mjenjačnica i znamenitosti su u rasponu od 50 do 500m udaljednosti. Jednom kad gost parkira auto, on mu više nije potreban za vrijeme boravka jer su sve navedene značajke dostupne pješice. Apartman je pogodan za obitelji sa djecom i za parove

Välkommen till denna mysiga lägenhet, med havsutsikt,i hjärtat av gamla staden i Rovinj. Här har du nära till allt. Utanför dörren finns en mysig lokal restaurang och en minimarket. 50 m från dörren finns havet och stranden. Stenkast därifrån hittar ni kyrkan st Euphemia och alla de andra lokala caféer, barer och restauranger. Perfekt ställe att bara koppla av och njuta av varandra och den fina staden Rovinj.

It's a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran on a very peaceful and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 600m from the nearest beach in Moon bay. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor.
