The two bedroom cottage has a separate lounge area with a well stocked kitchenette, heat pump and large deck plus a private patio. Just down the hill is Whakaipo Bay recreational area with calm swimming waters and access to the W2K track. Our home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a rural outlook only minutes from town. It is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view!

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).

This cozy cottage offers beautiful views! With a covered outdoor area with bifold windows, you will be able to enjoy them at any time. Tranquility, comfort and relaxation, just a few minutes away from lake Taupo and only 10 minutes drive to Taupo town - This place is perfect to escape real life and enjoy a break! It is private with modern furniture, a well equipped kitchen with alpacas and emus just outside. You can feed the alpacas. Plenty of parking space.

Experience all that Rotorua has to offer from this centrally located, self contained unit next to Central Mall, Countdown and The Warehouse. A five minute walk to a range of restaurants, bars and the city centre; and a ten minute walk to Eat Street and the lake front. The world renowned Redwoods and mountain biking are an easy ride away, while the gondolas, luge and the many beautiful tourist attractions and pristine lakes are just a short drive by car.

Peaceful cottage based in the rural outskirts of Rotorua (15 minutes drive from Rotorua CBD/nearest shops and service station). Accommodates up to 5 people (2 bedrooms + a sofa bed in the living room). Suitable for everyone who enjoys a quiet rural environment and fresh air. Guests are welcome to use our tennis court. Rotorua has many tourist adventure and scenic opportunities and attractions. We are excited to welcome you for a short or longer stay.

Our newly built cabin is perfectly located for adventurers wanting to explore the redwood forest and lakes or is a peaceful space for those looking to relax and unwind. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor cedar bathtub while overlooking Rotorua. A 5 minute pedal will have you in the forest, connecting to the forest loop. Local cafes and pubs are only a couple minutes drive down the hill with the CBD a 10 minute drive.
