They feature three separate structures and a large saltwater pool with slide. Both properties have unique features, such as 200'+ of lake front views, boat ramp, large docks with access for fishing, multiple boat slips, a small sandy beach for play and easy swimming access, pool table, ping pong tables, play-set, strong wifi and Roku TVs to stream your own apps on.

Beautiful secluded brick pool house located behind the main house in a quiet North Macon neighborhood. The house has its own yard with a large natural 10ft Ligustrum wall offering much privacy and safety. Home is newly renovated and fully furnished with a large open living room, dining room, kitchen with bar including granite counter tops, two large bedrooms, utility room, laundry room with washer and dryer, and 1 bathroom. Guest house is not child proofed, and animals are not allowed.
