1 king bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Separate living area with kitchenette. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Private entrance and HVAC controls. You have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest units. There is another unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises from nextdoor. If you are very sensitive to noise I would not suggest booking this. 15 minute drive downtown. OTC 022724

It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. We built a new bathroom and private entrance, with ceilings bumped up to the roof. We more recently added a small deck outside the guests' door, and created a funky garden/sitting area as well.
