Our 1700 sqft, 3 bdr/2 bath with the unique double living area and unobstructed ocean view very close to the beach. The house is currently for sale. In case of a real estate showing we will give you at least 24 hour advance notice and ask you to vacate the home for an hour. You are not required to "clean" the house prior to the showing.
