Visalia, which makes driving to Sequoia NP easy and also keeps you close to historic downtown, shopping & food. Fully fenced acre yard is great for dogs, and we are happy to dog sit while you’re gone if you let us know in advance.

If you decide to leave the tranquility of our pond, you can visit Lake Kaweah, Three Rivers, Sequoia or Kings Canyon National Park.

Welcome to Hacienda de las Rosas, retreat, and home of Hacienda Happy Tails, an Animal Sanctuary. We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! Now we would love to share our 5-acre farm with you!
