This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Utopia is a newly refurbished, fully furnished, luxurious 2-bedroom (80 m2) apartment in Zavala, Hvar, Croatia. It has a private parking, peaceful garden with a terrace, and a huge balcony overlooking the sea – you will have the feeling of staying in your own villa.
