Your accommodation is separate from the main house and was part of a Victorian School built in the 1800's .It is self contained . It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

Life here is about inside/outside living with a beautiful outlook over fields and plenty of grass for the children to play.

Your own Restored Train Carriage Cabin sits alongside the River Bure & natural water meadows, with private decking and a campfire nestled amongst the Alder Carr, where Norfolk’s wonderfully diverse wildlife is never far away. The Carr, 3 acres of ancient woodland and water meadows, is a space we tend and love ourselves, and are glad to share with our guests. Wander through, watch the wildlife & make the campfire yours for the evening.

The Bothy - spacious dog friendly barn

A light spacious barn conversion set in open countryside, 15 mins drive from the Georgian market town of Holt and the beach at Sheringham. Some noise may be heard within bedroom as bedroom from adjoining cottage is directly above. Set back from a small, quiet country lane in an area renowned for birdwatching, walking and cycling. Close to National Trust estates of Felbrigg and Blickling and country pubs at Wolterton (2.4 miles) and Itteringham, which also has a very good village shop/cafe.

Dog Cottage (North Norfolk)

2 bedroom cottage in rural North Norfolk. Well behaved dogs welcome (secure garden). 20 minutes to the beach. Near Holt, Cromer, Aylsham and Sheringham. Please note this is a small cottage with low doorways, and tight, winding stairs and an open landing. The cottage is unsuitable for groups with children under six years of age. Type 2 EV charger available on request for guests' use (charged separately) The nearest pub and restaurant is in the next village and only a short drive away.

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Cottage situated on a quiet back lane within walking distance of pub and National Trust Blickling Hall you can abandon the car and enjoy walks and cycling routes from the door, and close to the market towns of Aylsham and Holt. Entering through a utility/boot room into the kitchen/diner, a glazed door and step leads into the sitting room with a large feature fireplace, wood burner and a further glazed door on to a paved terrace, overlooking your secluded lawned garden.
