Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

Nestled in an orchard, overlooking a private meadow, this hand-built hut combines rustic charm with modern comforts, with flushing loo and shower. This beautifully detailed hut offers an idyllic base for exploring the surrounding countryside. A wood burning stove means it can be used all year round, Plus a Fire pit. Wood bundles £7 per stay. The Hot tub is optional and is charged at £28 for two nights payable separately.

The cottage also provides spectacular views of the extended gardens, woods and paddocks.
