お仕事や、お勉強用として、ゲーミングチェアや、昇降デスクをご用意。 さらに文房具も各種取り揃えております。 駅からは少し遠いけれど、その分、周辺の事を知るチャンスに巡り会えます。 自転車もご用意しておりますので、近場の商店街や川沿いなどへサイクリングでもいかがでしょうか？ また、帝京大学病院が近い為、病院にご用がある方などの宿泊にはピッタリです。 玄関内に防犯カメラを設置しておりますが、住居部分は映さないよう配慮をしております。気になる方は、チェックイン後、ご用意しております箱を被せて映らないようにしても問題ありません。 鍋やフライパンはご用意しておりますが、調味料などは管理ができない為、ご用意はありません。 冷蔵庫内のお水（ペットボトル）、ドリップパックのコーヒーなどはサービスですのでご自由にお飲み下さい。 自転車、バイクでお越しの方は、１０２号室のベランダ側、青い車の後ろ部分に無料で駐輪可能です。 タオルは最大３枚ご用意いたします。それ以上は、洗濯してお使い下さい。

Located on the first floor, it's easy to move around with a suitcase. The first floor of a house was renovated in 2025, making it a Japan-style 1DK apartment perfect for families and groups. The location is convenient for shopping in Ikebukuro and strolling through the retro shopping streets.
