This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.

Il punto di forza effetto WOW è la vista a 180° sul golfo, visibile da tutto l'appartamento e dalla grande terrazza. Rilassatevi nel grande giardino e fate una passeggiata nel bosco privato! se sarete fortunate vedrete i cerbiatti che vi abitano.
