My place is in a quiet street close to the beautiful south coast of Wellington, a casual stroll to the beach, a short bus ride to the city centre, local cafes and restaurants and a 10 minute taxi ride to the airport. It's ideal for couples and business travellers. Free and reliable Wifi, Freeview TV and DVD . Come and enjoy sunset walks on the beach, our local brewery, a cosy cinema with great café and you will be spoilt for choice with lots of places to eat ethnic foods (dine in or take away).

Centrally located , this warm & sunny studio is easy walking distance from the best that the city has to offer, and a short drive to airport & ferries. I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. We've recently converted it to a self-contained dwelling, so we can share what we love about the city. A quiet and cozy cabin boasting prime position in its perfect city fringe location. Peaceful, private, and securely nestled into a greenbelt nook, away from roads, with a lovely, elevated view. My returning guests love how close we are to the city, yet you'll feel you’ve escaped it. You can get to the airport quickly and directly access native bush walks. Guest Suite in Brooklyn

A self contained studio room on the bottom floor of our home with a private entrance and self checkin Off road parking is available. We do not have full cooking facilities but offer tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave, toaster, and fridge and provide a continental style breakfast. The studio is close to the city centre and on a direct bus route. Brooklyn Village is home to restaurants. cafes, a cinema, fast food outlets and a well stocked mini market.

"Newtown Oasis" Self contained + breakfast

Our BnB is homely, a little quirky & best suited to those who travel relatively light. Self service breakfast is included. There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway.
